Do not even pull in the parking lot. I just spent $600 on new ties 3 weeks ago , and have purchased tires for all my cars there over the past 5 years i.e. spent lots of money. For the first time I went in because I had a problem because I had a blow out on I - 55 last night. I was going 70 miles an hour in the center lane, the hole was on the side of the tire. Before I even got to the shop when I called they were telling me it was probably my fault and when I got there it continued. ABSOLUTELY no ownership for there products. They have lost thousands of dollars of my business over a $115 tire, that should tell you a lot.
