I really loved this Arbys. I was here at 9:30 A.M. and I was greeted very politely. The girl at the register was very attentive and professional and she had a wonderful smile.

Hi, the roast beef I had was wonderful and the service was great. Better than McDonalds or Berger king. Wasn't sure what to eat,but the employee name Isavel was very helpful at explaining the menu. Can't wait to go back next week on my next job near Arbys in Minooka IL.
Horrible absolutely horrible! Not even a 1 star only put that due to the fact I couldn't post a review with out it. Worst service ever! Stood there for 15-20 min waiting for three different girls to get a simple order correct. I ordered a beef and cheddar sounds simple right? Ha I got a plain on a turkey and then one with a slice of cheese. After three failed attempts we left. And then the manager made it sound like a misunderstanding. It was repeated multiple times. People have things to do places to be in a simple job position such as that you'd think someone could be able to achieve somewhat of satisfaction. No what a waste of time my advice starve until you get to your destination!
