I had came here with a group of my coworkers me being the manager of our individuals an we had a great time the staff was very attentive to our needs an where great an freandly I am truely greatful to them. Great, when they can get your order right. I always go through the drive up and it seems like a perpetual problem that they either can't hear me, or aren't listening and I have to repeat myself 20 times... then my order is still wrong.
Good lord they're slow. I've seen rocks roll uphill faster than this.

I have been to this Wendys many times. They have had their fair share of good service and bad service. Never really had horrible service until tonight. I am not sure if they were just having an off day or if they suffered call offs, but it was utter chaos and disarray tonight. I went in with a simple order. Family of 4 . Nothing too complicated. However it took over 25 minutes for the food to get out. Only to get home and have the pop watered down. Fries soggy and cold and my kids happy meals cold. Needless to say I was disappointed. I can say with full honesty the only thing that made me keep my cool was the cashier, Angelina, who was trying her best to appease everyone make sure that everything was ordered and given properly. She continued to offer her apologies for the delay and was very kind and nice throughout it all. She never broke her smile or cool. I commend you Angelina. Thank you for trying your best and keeping up with the flow to the best of your ability. It was greatly appreciated that you saw the distress in the wait and tried your best to make it better to all who experienced this massive delay. Keep up the great work! Wendys Management staff, please ensure that Angelina sees this so she knows of the great job that she is doing.
